Training Chronos from Scratch

Hi @francoisabcd, we currently do not plan to release the full workflow for training Chronos-Bolt or Chronos-2 from scratch.

You can train the original Chronos-T5 models using the training code in the current repo and the data from https://huggingface.co/datasets/autogluon/chronos_datasets.
