Hello Adam. Thanks so much for developing this tool.

After doing a clean install on both a PC and a Mac (AppAndRuntime, v1.2.0) , I am running into a similar issue as a previous user. Also, there is no installation of TopoToolbox on the computers.

Working with the tutorial files (and my own .tifs) I am able to MakeStreams just fine.
From here I can load the .mat file and do some functions such as running KsnChiBatch successfully.
I am failing when I try to extract a single profile using SegmentPicker.

I am using all the default presets in the tool but unable to bring up the crosshairs to select a stream.
As soon as Figure 1 pops up, the processing light goes red. I can zoom (or not). When the window is active, I press return and no cross-hairs appear. Nothing I do brings up a prompt or other window.

Can you help up navigate to a solution? Do we need topotoolbox for this GUI+Runtime installation or is it built into your installer?

Many thanks,
Ben

Hello @amforte ,

The TAK is really interesting and usefull. However, I am running into similar issues as @crosbyben on different computers (Windows 7 and 10, one is a completely new computer with no previous install of TAK, Matlab runtime or Matlab).

After running MakeStreams (and ConditionDEM + FindThreshold), I can load the .mat file in "Stream Selection and Projection". However the SegmentPicker seems to fail: "Figure 1" is oppened but the pick function is not available (zoom/pan are ok) even when clicking "return/enter".

Other tools are working weel.

Do you have any idea of the source of this issue?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,

Paul

I also encountered this problem in Windows under GUI folder, but it can be used after MATLAB installation, I also wonder why?
Matlab version is 2019b and 2021b, and the computer system is Win10.
