Nate and Mr. John wanted to start using the Talon with a gearbox (built-in encoder). Pretty sure it's versaplanetary.
Before we start running a bunch of tests, push and pull multiple times on both laptops. There may be a few conflicts and changes to reject.
Also, when running testing by plugging into PWMs, change the value in Constants.java rather than hardcoding the value.

I think I already downloaded the above software, including the Phoenix Tuner thingy that I don't know how to use. It may be helpful, but we have to download firmware to the roboRIO or something like that.
