Team, I have changed the default download location from "C:\Users<username>\Downloads" to "D:\Downloads" in the settings, but even though every time it pops up with this "C:\Users<username>\Downloads" path.

I also tried moving the Downloads folder from C to D by using this option, but no luck.

1. please fix the default Downloads folder settings not reflecting issue
2. And please use like this (New-Object -ComObject Shell.Application).NameSpace('shell:Downloads').Self.Path PowerShell command to fetch the exact Downloads folder instead of using the %USERPROFILE%\Downloads
