zipalign error

Hi,

We have some Honewel EDA71 devices, which we have deployed through Microsoft Intune.
Now there is no ''default'' camera app installed..... very strange, but it is.

If I now want to add a Private app by uploading an standalone APK file, I get the following error message:

There is no 'zipaglign'-action for this APK-file.

Is somebody known with this error?
I cant publish this camera app for the Snapdragen camera.
