Contract: Bump instance TTL in all write paths consistently

Description:
Instance TTL bumping is present but should be consistently applied across all write operations.

Context:
Consistency prevents accidental state expiry after specific writes.

Requirements:

• Audit write functions and apply uniform instance TTL bump policy
• Add/update tests that verify expected TTL bump behavior
• Document affected functions in code comments

Files to Modify:

• contracts/account/src/lib.rs

Definition of Done:

• Implementation is complete for this single task
• Contract tests updated or added where needed
• Existing contract tests remain green

I'll audit all write functions in contracts/account/src/lib.rs, apply the existing extend_ttl pattern uniformly to any that are missing it, add inline comments documenting the policy, and update or add tests to verify TTL bump behavior per write path.
