Allow changing color of toolbar elements, or inherit from theme

When using custom dark themes with streamlit, the toolbar elements are not visible except the "redo". delete/send to streamlit become visible only on hovering over them.
Would be good to allow defining colors for them, or inheriting from the streamlit theme itself.
