Dear Andrew Powell,

Hope you are fine and enjoying your work. I found your project on GitHub as "zybo_petalinux_video_hls". I have started implementation of USB webcam on ZedBoard. Your work is an excellent just to follow.

In your project, I am not able to locate/implement "opencv-armv7/lib & opencv-armv7/3rdparty/lib". I think "opencv-armv7/lib" is for cross compilation for ARM based linux system using opencv. I have attached my work for better visualization of the problem I faced during implementation.

Hopefully, you will spare me just to direct me the right direction in implementation of "opencv-armv7/lib".
