Just as it is possible to power on, we should be able to power off, which would reset everything to the initial state and require power+keycode entry to use again.
Alternatively the Power functionality could be abandoned altogether and the program would prompt immediately for a keycode entry.

You can power off when the screen is clear of text. This is meant to prevent accidentally switching off and losing entered text.
The idea behind the power button is just to make the app more like a emulation of a standalone machine (as opposed to a computer program on a screen). Bear in mind the objective is just a game for E* to play with.
