Really slow page loading on SlimJet #450

I used this extension for blocking unwanted third party site tracking but I lately noticed that it completely slows loading sites on SlimJet (Version 36.0.4.0 based on Chromium 104.0.5112.39 - 64 bits). The extension version that I currently use is 1.0.9.3.
Any advice to resolve this issue ?
