Date of Loan can be assigned to the future

Ways to replicate:

1. add a new user

add n/jo zee

2. add a loan on a future date

increase 1 l/20.00 d/2025-10-10

This is an error because it would be illogical to loan someone money on a date that has not occured yet

How to solve:
A possible method would be to restrict the assignment of loan to only dates today and before.
