[Increase Function] Increase function allows $0.00 loan

Hi guys, I found a bug where your increase function allows user to increase a loan by $0.00 which I feel should have returned an error instead, as loaning $0.00 (i.e. zero dollars) has no use for a loan entry.

Steps to reproduce: increase 1 l/0.00 d/2025-11-04

Expected: an error message to let user know $0.00 is not a valid loan entry

Actual: application accepted the loan entry
