Feat : Enable GitHub pages and add theme #35

Although markdown files are readable but not have a rich UI. We can enable github pages and add a theme to this repo (everything handled by GitHub on just a single button click) so that documentation looks fresh and intuitive.

This looks amazing 🤩 Is this docusaurus? Because for consistency across our projects that would be better @Rahulm2310

@isabelcosta No no. This is just a basic GitHub pages theme. Although, it is not needed if we are moving to docusaurus.
Shall I edit this issue description for moving to docusaurus ?

@Rahulm2310 I think it would be awesome if we did like the style of docusaurus just because we are already sort of using it like that.
