Youtube API enabling steps list in readme.md is incorrectly rendered.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://github.com/anitab-org/stem-diverse-tv#youtube-data-api-enabling
2. See error

Expected behavior

The list should be correctly rendered. (Ideally, the last 2 points should be a sub-list under the 3rd point).
