Why OpenCode automatic install plugin packages?

I tried using OpenCode, but when I open OpenCode, it installs @opencode-ai/plugin in a specific subdirectory (./basic), which confuses me. Why is it behaving this way?

I understand. I created a symbolic link to the .opencode directory. I plan to share some skills across multiple projects, and this .opencode directory is probably the cause. Perhaps I need to use .agents instead?

This seems different from what I expected. OpenCode can't read commands which in .agents, but it can read skills, which confuses me even more.
