Sidebar shows misleading message when LSPs are disabled

Description

It seems like the sidebar was not updated since the LSPs where make opt-in, so it shows the message "LSPs will activate as files are read" if LSPs are not configured (and therefore are off).

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a clean opencode (without any configurations)
2. Send a message so the sidebar is shown.
