Support WLX (Lister) extensions from TC.

• Refactor Lister Window
  1.mainmenu, flags for TC,
  2.lister window must be a not Dialog window,)
  3.Namings

• Make all possible options bindings to WLX (flags, like wrap text )
  

• Add window to Options, to manage list of plugins
  

• disable all if Os is not a windows (options we could leave)
  Beacuse many extensions only supported on windows, need deep investigations to make it trully cross plaform!

• Make Core support of Lister plugins!
