GitHub IO simple static hosted libraries returning 404 not found

Hello! I'm unable to access the python wheels from github.io for any of the versions in the index. It just returns 404. Is this method of installing deprecated?

    --extra-index-url=https://ansible.github.io/pylibssh/simple/ \
    --pre \
    ansible-pylibssh

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ansible/pylibssh/gh-pages/dist/ansible_pylibssh-1.2.3.dev67-cp311-cp311-manylinux_2_24_x86_64.whl
404 not found

I'm new to Ansible and digging through someone's old project, and probably missing something important.

Wow, weird. This may be a bug. Though, it hasn't gotten updates in some while. We'll need to watch out for this next time something gets merged (after the CI gets fixed).
