Multivendor_Ecommerce project not working

Hi I was going through your ecomm project. I have setup .env file inside server directory with the following data
PORT = 5000

DB_URL="mongodb://localhost:27017"

DB_NAME="MultiVendor-Ecommerce"

JWT_SECRET="myJWT_Secret123456"

SHIPROCKET_EMAIL

SHIPROCKET_PASS

SHIPROCKET_PICKUPID = Delhi

MAIL_USER

MAIL_PASS

MAIL_FROM = Ecommerce [email protected]

ADMIN_MAIL="[email protected]"

RAZORPAY_ID="L4KYt4E6L1V0hg"

RAZORPAY_SECREt="KGZlynBGVWzdaxXEullM6f62"

but project is not working. Server is also working . Kindly refer screenshots, Help me .
