Before submitting the issue

I have searched among the existing issues
I am using a Python virtual environment

Description of the bug

When running unittest, SIwave 24R1 cannot get license.

test_export_to_hfss

SIwave 24R2 works fine.
SIwave 24 R1 works fine outside unittest.

Steps To Reproduce

run test

test_export_to_hfss

Which Operating System are you using?

Windows

Which Python version are you using?

3.7

Installed packages

all
