libuuid dependency on OpenSUSE

On OpenSUSE, the rpm package of tad refuses to install because the libuuid dependency is missing. This is because on OpenSUSE, libuuid has been superseded by libuuid1.

Other Electron programs also run into this problem, and it looks like it might easy to fix, see e.g:

Having the same issue (I also am on OpenSUSE TW), only package available from the OS repo is libuuid1
