Will the port-to-port connection mechanism return in G6 (like in v4)?

Hello. When are you planning to bring back the mechanism for connecting nodes via ports — from one port to another — like it was in version 4 of AntV G6?
I had to implement my own mechanism for connecting ports, but when I use a polyline edge, I encounter the following error:
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getCenter').

Are you planning to reintroduce this mechanism in the near future? If so, I would prefer to use the official solution provided by the library.
