Make use of the content table's "recent_version_id" field for caching versions and a number of bug fixes and upgrades to Cantaloupe.

Some changes are needed to config files -- see 25 February 2016 entry here:

Make sure to protect again malicious file uploads! See topic in INSTALL.txt and UPDATE.txt, or template in .htaccess.

Note that the Transfer Tool under /system/application/plugins is kept in a seperate repository: https://github.com/Michael628/scalar-book-transfer-tool ... download and place files into /system/application/plugins/transfer
