Can't Connect Local Hosted Ollama LLM

Several people have experienced similar issues, and they were able to resolve it themselves. Consider disabling your firewall to test, make sure Ollama is configured to accept API connections, and consider asking an AI to help you troubleshoot it. Review the log output from Ollama.

You can turn on debugging in the Writingway settings, but I think it will just tell you that the connection was refused.

Switch to open ai, just enter ollama for an api it doesnt matter what ollama will ignore it and make sure the link is http://yourOllamaIPhere:11434/v1 if your using ollama on your computer its http://127.0.0.1:11434/v1 for the local host. Verify you launched Ollama on a server with the command OLLAMA_HOST=0.0.0.0 ollama serve if ollama is on a server not on the same computer.
