Dear friends.

In this project, we have one bash script - ./site.sh that starts to grow more and more, so its maintenance becomes more problematic. I think it's a good idea to rewrite it into Python.

However, I would like us to continue limiting the use of external libraries. For Docker interactions, it is better to use docker-cli than the Docker library.

We use subcommands in the script. I am attaching an example of how to do this in Python.
