Not running in Eclipse Theia's browser version

I've been trying to use Karavan in Eclipse Theia, but without luck. It works in the desktop Theia IDE but not in the browser version. So for example https://try.theia-cloud.io/ is a no go.

I can install the extension and it is nicely added to the UI:

And I can click the "Create Integration" button and can name the integration. But the designer doesn't open:

I also tried building a custom version of the Theia but it encountered the same issue.

Any ideas?

The latest version of the Karavan extension worked for when running Theia locally.

Does this mean that it works now? And have anyone tried with the latest 4.5.0 release.

@cjmamo Hope you are doing great. May I know which version of theia you are using??? your swift response would be highly appreciated.
