problem

ROOT admin can create SSH keypair for the subdomain/accounts but the instance deployment UI/Wizard is not listing the keypairs.
The same works fine in the CMK.

The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Create an SSH keypair or upload the public key in a subdomain/account as ROOT admin.
   2.deploy an instance selecting the sub domain/account and select the keypair using UI.

What to do about it?

UI needs to list the keypair
