V2 manifest entry data file struct schema has V3 fields defined, although never produced #3532
Description
The code defines first_row_id on V2 manifest entry schema. Since the only transaction is FastAppend, no-one should be running into this right now unless constructing their own manifest entries, and even then - they'd need to pass a first row ID.
This is cleanup and isn't really reproducible, so I've not opened it as a bug report.
