Built-in connector to Pulsar

Hi,
I need to relay messages from a Pulsar instance that is behind a proxy with SNI routing. Unfortunately, this setup is not accessible with all technologies, as only a few clients support it.
I haven’t been able to find a connector that can accept Pulsar as a source. Would creating a custom connector be the only solution in this case?
