What issue do you find in Pulsar docs?

Description:
After reading the PIP-76: Streaming Offload documentation, I want to switch to the Streaming-Offload mode for my Pulsar deployment. However, I couldn't find any clear instructions or configuration settings in the documentation or the available configuration files to enable or set up Streaming-Offload mode.

What is your suggestion?

Could you please clarify:

Where and how to enable Streaming-Offload mode?
Are there any prerequisites or additional setup steps not mentioned in the documentation?
