Superset Alerts and Reports failures

I have Superset running with Alerts and reports. This is working fine(for the most part). I am using selenium with geckodriver version .29. Sometimes I get an error in the execution log:

Report Schedule execution failed when generating a screenshot.

I'm wondering if anyone has some guidance around two things:

1. How can I minimize these errors
2. How can I make sure an email gets sent even if there is an error. I get an "error" email only sometimes, at the very least I would like to get an email every time the report fails.

Just to bump this. I pulled the repo down and have set it up to debug. I'm able to hit some breakpoints but I'm not able to hit anything within the execute.py. I'm assuming the report work happens here when trying to get a screenshot and send notifications.

If anyone can give me some further guidance on this, that would be great. I'm newer to the python ecosystem so kind of fumbling around here.
