Automatically update galleries after an image is deleted.

Maybe related: the folder/album view doesn't refresh after deleting an image. So when you keep swiping left/right you stumble upon the already-deleted photos again (which the app fails to display because they're gone).

I've done some limited testing of this this morning, and in some cases the gallery auto-refreshes, in some cases it seems to not. I will investigate further.
