The v1.0.0 version of the whitepaper refers to third-party oracle solutions ("this is how third-party oracle solutions works, this is why they're bad, this is how we're aiming to solve this through a first-party oracle solution") heavily because of their prevalence at the time. As first-party oracles become the standard, this presentation will lose strength. At that point, a more standalone and potentially shorter whitepaper will be ideal. This will probably warrant a 2.0.0 update, as the entire structure of the whitepaper will need to be rethought.
