还是说低版本apollo也是支持高版本数据库结构的

不需要停机，先更新数据库，再逐个升级 apollo 服务

好的，也就是说版本之间的数据库结构变更不会影响正常使用的吗？

是的，数据库结构变更都会考虑向后兼容的
