Description

When I use tooltip and fullscreen, if the tooltip is on the left, the beginning of the tooltip box is cut.

Steps To Reproduce

  • Create a new page with input widget placed on the left on the page.
  • Add a tooltip on this input.
  • Complete the tooltip with a long sentence.
  • Open the page in fullscreen and the tooltip box is cut

fix(Tooltip): Ensure tooltip stays within viewport boundaries
d9a1838 
- Added Popper.js modifiers to prevent tooltip from overflowing viewport edges
- Enabled 'preventOverflow' to restrict tooltip within the viewport
- Enabled 'flip' to automatically reposition tooltip if there is insufficient space
