馃敄 Feature description

Currently there's no edit button to update the project details and which I think to be necessary in the website.

馃帳 Pitch

This will help users who have made any typos in the decription or wanna change any links to the project applciation or maybe updating the project image.

馃憖 Have you spent some time to check if this issue has been raised before?

Hi @Susmita-Dey , Thank you for your feedback. Hmm, having an edit button sounds like a cool idea, but I'm not quite sure how it would fit with our project approval process. Right now, we manually review projects to make sure everything looks professional and up to par. If we allow edits, it means we'd have to keep an eye out for changes and give them the thumbs up too, but this is something we can definitely try looking into.

CC @Meldiron , what are your thoughts?

Hey Hii @joeyouss, We can do one thing, In that case, If you want to evaluate the project after the user edited it,

  • We can use Enum 'Status' and we can state Three States:
  • Approved, Disapproved, Pending
  • So, Whenever The Project is Submitted or Updated by the end user, The default state of the 'Status' Attribute can be "Pending", So that As a Project reviewer, You guys can change the state anytime to "Approved" or "Disapproved".

It could also show difference between the old and the new information given when it is updated, so the team knows exactly where the changes are.
