child resources are displayed on same level than parent resource

Expected outcome

In the attached image resource /settings{mediaTypeExtension} should be displayed in a way that is clear that the resource is a child of /account resource

Actual outcome

In the image a child resource and one that is not a child are shown the same ( /settings{mediaTypeExtension} is displayed exactly as /activities{mediaTypeExtension}

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Design Center, create a project with resource nodes containing child nodes
2. Open Console and expand nodes with child nodes, compare to nodes at root level
