Extend folder filters to property values plus tick box for exclusions or tailorable filter choices

What to be able to filter out object I have given state of decommissioned or ranged on version.

Would be great to tick exclude certain object like all relationship or have saved profiles of different filtering selection. The second being the preferred choice and maybe default choices that reflect viewpoint
