Use CEA in docker over OTHER AREA

As i can not install CEA properly, i have to use CEA in docker in CLI mode. The study area of mine is out of default database, CH, DE and SG. So I find it impossible for me to create the required input files to run the model. As there is no guide or documentation to tell users how to prepare the inputs files properly. What is the specific format and requirements for each file. The documentation is incomplete, especially for CLI users.

I hope CEA team can provide a more general guide for users to show the procedure to run a model without default databases in CLI mode.
