'Deploy RPS Addin' not working

Describe the bug
The Deploy RPS Addin button is not quite working from the Ribbon

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the RevitPythonShell Ribbon tab
2. Click on the 'Deploy Rps Addin' button
3. Select an XML manifest file that previously worked
4. Script completes without an error, but the 'Addin_Name.dll' is not created

Expected behavior
The 'Addin_Name.dll' should be created

Additional context
The RPS and RevitAPI DLLs are copied over, just not the Addin_Name.dll.
