Using `arlocal` seems to brick ArConnect #473

Steps to reproduce:

Connect ArConnect to a dApp using arlocal.
Open ArLocal DevTools.
Mint AR to the current wallet.
Reload the dApp. It should show the right balance, but...
As soon as you try to sign a transaction, the Welcome page will open instead.
This cannot be fixed by re-adding the wallet (as it's already added and ArConnect won't allow it). A complete reset (from settings) is needed.
