Publish to Zenodo before Make a GH release? #92

I just made a GH release 0.2.0, then manually triggered zenodraft. The publishing to Zenodo worked but the workflow failed its step where it makes the GH release, possibly because I had created that release already. Next time I should try it the other way round.
