[GBA] AGS cardrige fails (both in the tests and in the interrupts). #1471

Hi. While writing the other issue (see the tinting problem on GBA games), the tests on the cardridge seems unfinished on ares end.

Describe the issue
When attempting the interrupts tests, the tests seems frozen, which means that the tests cannot be completed. This tests ended on real hardware, and in the mGBA emulator.
