(@jakub-homola colleen, edit the ticket with new info every week with our meeting with Intel. So just to let you know that look as coleen wrote, look like intel fixed it internaly ar intel)

We discussed with Intel today. It was fixed in a newer release but failed verification so they are re-working a fix.
