Syncing the Autopilot repo

is it possible to view the diffs of the running instance and the Autopilot repo? I would like to know if there are any differences what are not present in the repo so that I can disaster recover the whole thing.

As part of this, can you commit to the repo from the UI? I am, having an issue adding a new app from the autopilot CLI but if I could add it via the UI, it would be good to be able to push that change into the repo so it is not lost
