Closing this because the latest docs is on stable now - it suggests argocd has notifications built in now. I was in a transient state where argocd 2.3.0 has not become stable yet. |

Reading from the stable documentation from argocd, it does not actually bundle any notifications handling into it.
However, the README in the latest master here (which is the default upon arriving at this repository), it's suggesting that ArgoCD is bundling argocd-notifications currently.
Which one should be the source of truth?
