Summary

What change needs making?
I'm unable to find chat:write:bot in the OAuth scopes, apparently something changed in the slack configuration. We need an updated documentation

Use Cases

When would you use this?
Every slack integration aside from webhooks

It's still there

Is it possible maybe you don't have the rights to add those scopes?

chat:write is the only option now available as chat:write:botis no longer recommended by Slack, which is the one referenced by the docs. This might be a bit confusing when following the instructions.

See https://api.slack.com/scopes/chat:write and Here's a bit more detail on why perspectival scopes are disappearing.

so does chat:write behave the same or we are still required to use chat:write:bot ? Because it exists but it's an entirely different configuration (that i honestly don't exactly understand). For the time being i run it on webhooks but I do intend on changing it.
