Operator Capability Level 5 or 4 ? #501

I was looking at the operator capability level acceptance criteria and it looks to me that the Argo CD operator should be at Level 4 and not Level 5 as it claims to be. I feel we are not completely Auto Pilot. Any thoughts ? |
