Question about Operator Hub

Hi,

is there a possibility to use a release candidate via the Operator Hub? We are interested in using 0.9.0-rc2 since we want to use argoCD 2.9.x but it seems I cannot get a subscription with this Version Tag. I checked it here https://operatorhub.io/operator/argocd-operator and also did not find the rc version.

Since releases are manually published, I think the release candidates need to converge to a stable version before the subscription is updated.

If a maintainer could confirm or deny this claim it'd be great. It would mean we cannot use any rc via the Operator Hub.
