Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
ArgoCD 2.4 supports a web based terminal, but it requires manual tweaks to the argocd-server Role and a setting enabled in argocd-cm ConfigMap.

Describe the solution you'd like
An option in the ArgoCD CRD to enable the web based terminal, which automatically sets up the above
